• Rates for rooms are in Thai Baht (THB) and based on double occupancy, including breakfast and free hi-speed WIFI internet
  
  
• Extra futons for up to two additional adults per room are available and charged at THB800 per night per person including breakfast
  
  
• Up to two children under 5 years old are welcome free of charge, including breakfast (without extra bed)


• Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 12.00 pm


• Rates are subject to change without prior notice


• The use of swimming pool requires appropriate swimming attire


• Pets are not allowed

Terms and conditions

1. 50% deposit is required to guarantee your booking and full payment 7 days prior to arrival date

2. Cancellation Policy :

     - No cancellation fee if booking cancelled up to 15 days prior to arrival date.

     - The 50% deposit or 1 night cancellation fee, whichever less, if booking is cancelled within
        7 days of arrival date

     - 1 night cancellation fee in case of no show on day of arrival.

     - For New Year Season, cancellation fee equivalent to full stay in case of no show on the
       day of arrival
